YPE Membership Application
Please note, all applications are subject to review and approval. To be eligible, applicants must be a child, grandchild, stepchild, or child-in-law of an existing member OR a current (or past) sponsored junior or intermediate. All applicants must be in good standing with the Club, and between the ages of 19 to 39 (as at March 31, 2026).
